Vaibhav Tripathi is the founder of Apni Sakhi Foundation and a founding director of the Section 8 company. He also founded Femease, a DPIIT-recognised women's wellness company, and set up the foundation as its nonprofit arm to reach women in rural India who are missed by health services. He leads the foundation's work with the public health system in Phagi block, Jaipur district, including the partnership with the Block CMO, the Nimeda primary health centre and Phagi Sub-District Hospital. He designed the pilot's baseline screening and the referral tracking that measures whether women actually reach a doctor, not only how many we meet.

Jyoti Sharma is a co-founder of Apni Sakhi Foundation and a founding director of the Section 8 company. A graduate of Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi, she has worked on women's health and wellbeing since her college days. As the foundation's safeguarding lead, she is responsible for the consent, privacy and wellbeing of every woman and health worker in the Nimeda pilot. She oversees how photos and stories are shared, checks every field update before it is published, and works with ASHA workers on how health sessions are run.
